COLLAR CARE
Our collars are swim-friendly, however when they do get wet we recommend a good rinse in clean water. Rinsing is especially important after salt water exposure, to avoid the appearance of salt lines in the fabric. Pay particular attention to the metal ring, making sure it dries well to avoid tarnishing.
Machine washing is also an option for cleaning. Place the collar in a wash bag, then a cool/cold cycle should do the trick. Dry well afterwards.
Caution is advised with leads, as exposure to salt water has been known to cause the clips to stiffen. A drop
of oil in the mechanism can usually remedy this.
SHIPPING
All our orders are shipped via Australia Post within two working days of receipt. You can choose standard or express shipping and you will receive a tracking number for your parcel upon dispatch.

We cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched. We advise contacting Australia Post in the first instance, quoting the tracking number provided by us.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our products are embroidered on an individual basis and are unique to each customer, therefore we are unable to offer refunds if the wrong size or colour is chosen. Please make your selection carefully to avoid any issues.
We have great faith in the quality of our products and all components have a 12 month guarantee. This guarantee is not applicable to any item which has been chewed, damaged during play or generally neglected.
